I arrived just after 7:30 PM and ordered one of their new specialty sandwiches. When asked if I wanted it made as shown on the menu, I said yes. However, as they began to prepare it, they informed me that they were out of several ingredients because they had been put away for the night. According to an employee named Joey, they had the items but felt it would be a waste to take them out again. Additionally, another employee was grumbling about customers coming in close to closing time, even though it was still roughly two hours before they were supposed to close. To top it off, I was charged the full price of the specialty sub despite the fact that they couldn’t prepare it as advertised.

The cashier charged me for a turkey sub, then added bacon and some extra toppings, which brought the total to about the same price as a regular sandwich. The sub was fine, but I expected better quality for what I paid. It was unsettling when I noticed the staff murmuring and staring at me and my son after we sat down. I won’t be returning to this location. In fact, I might stop going to Subway altogether since their food seems to come from boxes and plastic bags, which feels overpriced for such a mediocre sub. I can find fresher options elsewhere with better customer service. The restaurant also wasn’t very clean, and the music was too loud, making it hard to enjoy my meal. If that's the vibe you're looking for, this place might suit you.

She recently placed a special catering order for a senior community event, and Laurie patiently listened to her specific requests for how the sandwiches should be arranged. The catering order was flawless, with beautifully made sandwiches. On top of that, the store kindly offered a generous discount on the bulk order, which was a wonderful bonus. Thank you for treating my mom so well!

The two employees working seemed as if they were already closing w... read more I visited Subway at 2700 W Baseline Rd Suite 131, Tempe, AZ 85283 on November 9th at 6:20 pm. The two employees working seemed as if they were already closing within the next half hour, despite the store's official closing time being 9 pm. Many items from the menu were unavailable—no soup, no cookies—and the condiments, which should have been kept over ice, were left out near the oven. One of the staff even acted like we were disturbing him while “closing up.” I asked if they knew the store number, and neither did. The fact that the vegetables and condiments were not kept properly chilled is a serious health concern. I planned to call the manager and request corporate contact info since I had consistently had good experiences here until this visit. Three days later, on November 12th, I still have received no response from store management or ownership. This level of service is truly disappointing and unacceptable.
