What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. The server had a poor attitude and was quite rude. While she was working, it seemed like she was throwing things around and was in a bad mood. I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. The server had a poor attitude and was quite rude. While she was working, it seemed like she was throwing things around and was in a bad mood. The guy who made my drink handed it to me in a messy and chaotic state, and when I pointed it out, he just casually said it was a little chaotic without even bothering to clean it up before serving it. Overall, it felt very disorganized, and the staff appeared to be careless in their work.
I waited for about five minutes while two baristas chatted amongst themselves at Safeway. I didn’t want to come across as rude, so I patiently waited for them to acknowledge me and ask if I needed help. However, another customer approached, and suddenly the two baristas stopped their conversation to assist her. I was taken aback for a moment and decided to leave. I then headed to the drive-thru at the nearby Starbucks, where I received excellent service and tipped generously. In comparison, I found the customer service at Safeway to be lacking, while the Starbucks around the corner provided the best service I’ve experienced, which earned them a nice tip from me.
In-person orders are no longer accepted, and unfortunately, the collection line is often 10 to 15 cars long, with no apparent effort to expedite the process.
Serious customer service, besteller are terrible not to hear or even know their menu. after years of ordering the same drink I said it cannot be done. after drinking several correct time and saying it was still correctly received incorrect order. once again, when you had to ask for drinking to be corrected customer service was refilled.
