I love this place and eat here frequently. They sent me a $5 off coupon so I went in for lunch. The cashier would not honor it because the total was below $15.. the email they sent didn't say anything about $15 which I told him. He said well I can't honor it . Good food, careful with the coupons as they lure you in without giving all the details. Will beswitching locations in the future.

We walked in and all the workers were standing in a group up front talking with the movie theater kids. No one at either register. When we ordered two singles and one double, wegot only one single and the double. I went to tell the young lady who charged us and she reran the entire order and was tryingto make me pay for the full order again! I paid for three burgers and got two. Her idea of fixing it was to charge me for thefull order again! We walked out without the third burger. Would have been dry anyway.

Truly horrific attitude, it?s like I could feel them cursing my family for breathing in their store. Also purposely(? was ridiculously slow and messed uporder multiple times when taking order, and of course still missed an item we paid for.
