Potbelly - Tempe

I had never visited Potbelly's before, but I was pleasantly surprised by the great vibes when I walked in. I accidentally dropped half of my sandwich, and the staff kindly made me a new one at no additional cost. The people there were super nice, and the Italian sandwich I had was delicious. A lovely lady helped me out and assured me it was no problem. It made my day! I will definitely be returning again.

I came to try for the second time a sandwich from you guys, I had a rude employee who was trying to rush me and my spouse and had a really bad attitude so we left as soon as we felt uncomfortable. You guys need to find employees that are patient and have a better attitude not coming back.

The service was very attentive. Used my bogo and my birthday gift. Before they expired.

I found this place while waiting my Starbucks order to be ready. So I gave myself a shot to try new stuff since I moved here and this place was so great and beyond my expectations.So many menu of sandwiches, soups , various type of cheese and few toppings. I got steakhouse beef with multigrain regular size and I asked for the most spicy and I got black pepper and mustard. Not spicy enough for me but so tasty!!! Bun itself also crunchy but in the same time also soft when chewing. Amazing taste !!!There are many seats for dine in with nice decoration. Also kids seats available. Same as toilets for both genders.I love how friendly mindful service staffs and what to recommend to put to make your sandwich taste the best.Definitely visit to try another menu !!Remark ::I received some discrimination from local customers I guess while waiting my order, but I didn’t want to escalate everything so I just walked away. just move here for 1 month and almost 2 wks now and my friends also warned me that this town is open carry which is the thing that I should aware. I made a mobile order 2/29/24 at noon with an estimated pick up for 12:13. I ordered just a soup and a Mac and cheese. I didn’t get my order until 12:39, well past my lunch break. I think they only had one person handling mobile orders, which reflects badly on management, but the employees were avoidant when you tried to ask about the eta. I saw around 12 people that were to the side waiting and annoyed regarding their order, and there were a few I saw who waited a long time, got there order and had to walk back in because it was the incorrect food in their bag. Very poorly ran place that I blame mostly on management and lack of training. I had such a small order that didn’t really have to be made, just packaged why couldn’t that get done while the worker was waiting for the others getting made?
