There's no informatio... read more It would have been helpful to know that they canceled their in-house delivery service and are now using DoorDash, which takes much longer. There's no information about this on their app, and I only discovered it after placing and tracking my order. I haven’t ordered delivery from Panera in a while, but I’m under the weather. It makes me question why there are extra fees and higher prices on the Panera website or app. You might as well go directly through DoorDash to avoid those charges. It feels a bit like a scam, considering their prices were already high. Overall, it’s pretty shady business.

Not only was the food horrible but my sister got harassed by a customer and the employees working there only enabled them. They did nothing to stop thecustomer and laughed along when my sister got harassed. Horrible service, horrible food, horrible people.
