Monroe's Hot Chicken Tempe

I would like to start by saying that I would prefer larger portions, as the meal was incredibly delicious! The sandwich was a bit messier than I anticipated, but it was definitely worth it. I couldn't finish everything in one sitting, but I will definitely be back again soon!

I would say this place is good, but not outstanding. The chicken is large, juicy, and crispy, but honestly, most of the flavor comes from the sauce rather than the chicken or the bread itself. I did add cheese sauce to my sandwich, which improved it significantly, but when I compare it to Twist Hot Chicken in Peoria or Crazy's in Scottsdale, this place just doesn't quite measure up for me. The portion sizes are generous for the price, but the overall taste is average. If you're nearby, it's worth a visit, but if you're looking to spend a bit more on a meal, I'd recommend heading to Peoria instead.

The chicken sandwich was phenomenal—I’d give it a 10/10! If you’re not a fan of spicy food, I recommend ordering the Southern version instead; it suited my taste perfectly. As for the sides, they were delicious—crispy and well-seasoned. My kids, ages 6 and 4, are pickier than Gordon Ramsay, and yet they loved everything! Overall, this place is a winner in my book!

That was my first time at this place. it was a total vibe loud music super clean inside. the workers had flew food and it is all cooked and rides right in front of them. Once someone had eaten, they would clean the table for the next guests. I have the 3 pieces offers hot with frits and one side of macaroni n cheese. I had other places spicy hot and not everything. at monroe’s they understand thee engagement . my lips get a little bit punctual and it mike tyson ' my taste buds . the chicken strips were so fresh and juicy is legit on me squirting!!! 10 10 10 highly recommended and will be back!
