Johnny Rockets - Tempe

The food smells good, but we were disappointed when we got our order, the Pommes orings were cold! The Cheeseburger was cool and my Phillie was lukewarm! Ah! The only good experience was our waitress, she was nice and our sodas were good n sweet. We never go back here!

Horrible experience. I don't know if it was because it was closing time or what but they took forever. The milkshakes we ordered were melted they tasted good but they were super drippy so temperature wise wasn't that great.. They had a back entrance open and the waitress really rudely told us it wasn't an entrance I get that but mark it off next time. When we were paying the guys helping us kept walking away to do other things.

I love having a Johnny Rockets so close to home! It?s always clean and I don?t have to wait long for seating. The staff is friendly and nice, I?ve never had any issues. And the food always tastes great! This last time I went, I got my onion rings incredibly fast and my food came out shortly after. I look forward to visiting again with my cute lunch box.

This restaurant is located inside of Arizona Mills shopping mall. The service was good and the food was fresh. It's a bit pricey for what you get, but it makes for a nice treat.

Great food for an affordable price! We tried this place thanks to Groupon and our waitor made the experience fun and memorable. Not only did he draw us a cool smiley face with ketchup sporting a bow for our girl or a bow tie for our boy, bit they also did a fun song and dance. The food was pretty good, nothing too exciting but the flavor was still present. Only ready why I'm docking a star is because the food didn't really excite. Overall, I would definitely go again for the experience with my kids!
