Oh my goodness! This restaurant offers incredible, innovative twists on traditional Southwestern dishes in a delightful and lively atmosphere. From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, the staff at Ghost Ranch went above and beyond in their service. And don't even get me started on the food - it was simply amazing. We tried the Aztec Cake and the Roasted Chicken Enchilada for our main dishes, both of whi... View all feedback.
In all honesty we went twice at our 4-day visit to Ghost Ranch because it was so good! The fresh ingredients, flavor combinations and presentation were all great. Homemade chips, salsas and guacamole were a nice start. The citrus salad was great. Chile relleno and seasonal herbal enchiladas were totally scrumbling. Rancho Papas on the side well and fill. Will definitely be back in town.
This place lived up to all the reviews I’ve heard. I had the aguachile appetizer which was amazing and flavorful. It’s not like the traditional dish but it all came together deliciously. My entree was the grilled rainbow trout which was phenomenal, probably one of the best dishes I’ve had in a while. Fish was perfectly cooked and all of the flavors together was definitely something special. My sister had the Aztec cake which was very delicious as well. Service was pretty good, my cocktail had a little too much ice, and the salads were too earthy for my taste but toppings and dressings were good. Can’t wait to return again soon.
Ghost Ranch where do I start? What a cute little hidden jewel of a place. One of my colleagues told me about this place and it was the best thing that she could have done. From the moment we walked in the door the service was on point. We had not only our waitress but other staff at the restaurant come by several times to check on us including the manager. The guacamole was delicious and the drinks were simply fantastic. The fact that happy hour is every single day of the week and the drinks are of the quality that they are makes me so happy. We had the plate that included the steak and it was one of the most tender juiciest steaks Ive ever had. The flavor was reminiscent of homemade with love type of food. The flan dessert at the end completely set off the experience as it was a party in your mouth. Totally one of my favorite restaurants so far in Phoenix and I will be a regular for sure.
Ghost Ranch is spectacular! Fresh ingredients, fun colors and tasty bites! One right after another! Everything was so scrumptious and Erika was knowledgeable, friendly and professional! A relaxed modern family style environment. So much yummm!
Fantastic! Really really good. Picked somewhat at random when family was in town and everyone was PLEASANTLY surprised. The chicken tortilla soup, the tortilla cake thing, even the cheese crisp (whoooooaaa the cheese crisp! , the Tumbleweed (drink , the service...everything was awesome! Highly recommended!! Only caveat: The relleno...if you 're expecting a breaded and fried chili stuffed with cheese , you 're in for a surprise. I didn 't try these so I can 't comment on them directly, but they WEREN 'T sent back. Must not have been too bad.
