19 dollars for a simple cheeseburger and medium fry. Talk about price gouging. Absolutely unbelievable, I can get a better burger meal for literally a quarter of the price at in n out. Five guys, what the hell are you thinking charging this much? Thisain't fine dining lol
We enjoyed fantastic burgers tonight! We ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger and the Cheeseburger, and both were delicious. The Regular Cajun Fries were the highlight—they were still hot and absolutely delicious!
I ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger and small fries, and it was a complete disappointment. I've never had a bad experience with Five Guys before, but this time was different. The food may have been better when it was fresh, but I can't be certain. After a 40-minute delivery wait, my fries and burger arrived cold. The burger was flat and falling apart, with hardly any bread left, and had only half a strip of bacon on it. I spent $30 including tip, and it all went straight to the trash. I'm canceling my DoorDash account right now and won't use them again. Five Guys should not allow DoorDash to make other stops on the way, as it only results in unhappy customers. If I wanted bad food, I would have ordered from McDonald's.
Ordered pick up they dropped the fries when we got there. Food was great as usual the 4 min wait for fries was totally worth it! In out in 5 mins
I know it's on Mill Avenue and they might get a lot of people just using the restroom because however when I walked in there was not one person in there it was deader than a door nail! I asked politely to use the restroom and they told me that it was onlyfor customers I didn't have my debit card on me I didn't even have a quarter on me isn't that a shame that you have to buysomething before you can use the restroom they could have let me use it if they wanted to I was very disappointed! It's allabout customer service they can assess each situation but they chose not to
