Filiberto's Mexican Food - Tempe

I 'm confused and annoyed after my last visit, the sign clearly says free medium 24oz drink with every combination and I had a back and forth with the girl at the register over why I suddenly dont get my drink? Every single time I 've been here I 've had toask the girl for my drink, she 's never made it a point to give it to you as included and I 've even had her ring me up for adrink when that said drink was ALREADY FREE WITH THE COMBO

I love this place the food is awesome customer service is awesome. Rene's green chili is top-of-the-line Made by him with love (his words). You can definitely taste the love. One time I asked for a Bandito Burrito I get in Casa Grande, they do not makethem here but Rene asked what it was, I told him and he said no problem we can do that for you, it was perfect. Thank you Reneamd the rest of the staff, you all are awesome and so is your food

I been going here for a while and since my last visit it?s gotten worst fried wasn?t freash meat was dry and bag was extra greasy tacos was extra greasy I will not be coming back to this location until they go back to the old staff or upgrade the newstaff again

The staff is always pleasant when I order. They take the time to make sure your food is fresh and accurate. Their portions of food are good. I usually go for a country burrito with guac added or rolled tacos. This is definitely my favorite Fili location by far.Food: 5/5

I came here in may and ordered a carnitas burrito that was either raw or rancid and called that night to tell them about it and they offered to remake it but given how bad the first one was I lost my appetite for their food and opted to get it another day. Fast forward a few months when I was in the area again I stopped in thinking. That they would do what was offered to me so I at least got what I paid for the first time and in all honesty I needed it as I had my wallet stolen earlier and this was my only way of getting food at that time and it was owed to me. Not once was I told I needed to keep my receipt but today when. I went to get what I already had paid for and was told I would be able to get next time I came in yet I was denied food because of not having a receipt which even if I did have would have been in my wallet which was stolen. So my experience was terrible food and even worse experience trying to simply get what I paid for when. I was hungry and unable to get food elsewhere. I would save my money and time and go elsewhere.
