Dutch Bros Coffee - Tempe

It doesn’t make sense to wait 25 mins for coffee. Please improve your time efficiency so you don’t lose customers.

Every time I have a taste for a delicious treat, Dutch Bros is right up the street!

Service was great today. This is not my favorite location or close to it because the drive thru lines are so off depending how to come into the parking lot. Service was a bit slow at first, but once they came to take out order he was so kind and funny. Drinks were good and as always prices fair.

Manager should not have people literally running outside to deliver drinks and employees should require heat training to intervene when a coworker is frankly, working too hard. No one should be red cheeked serving coffee in this heat, let alone running and the managers, leads or whoever is making these calls is going to do irreparable damage to a young persons organs and skin. This gentleman didn’t have a cooling vest either. A person can only replace 2L of water in extreme conditions but can sweat 3L. This job isn’t worth it, especially if you don’t get enough hours for health insurance. Dutch brothers can’t afford covered awnings for employees then they should save up, the lines are endless so they have the cash and they just moved tons of employees to the valley! I do love the coffee is just sitting in the line SO long gets me thinking

Got a coffee twice two different ones on different days (golden eagle, kicker). Way too sugary, asked some other people about it and I guess it's a Dutch thing across the board. Won't go back now. Atmosphere is a 1 because why? There isn't an atmosphere at a drive thru coffee place.
