I forgot to request a lactose-free option when going through the drive-thru, but the team went back inside and prepared a fresh one for me. Maybe I shouldn’t have mentioned that, but I should also add that I didn't end up drinking it. What a great team!

My issues: -Mu... read more This Dunkin location has inconsistent quality food/drinks in addition to bad customer service. But their proximity to ASU keeps them in business. My issues: -Multiple times I have received the wrong order. This includes one occasion when I ordered alatte (over $5) and was given steamed milk...? I complained, but I never received my latte or a refund. I have had severalsimilar experiences. -The espresso drinks are usually fine, but the coffee is BAD. Usually the coffee is so watery that itresembles black tea. I say, check out a local coffee shop instead. There are several in the area that would have better qualitycoffee drinks and would greatly appreciate your business.
