This service here is actually embarrassing. Literally never had such consistently horrible service. This staff is the worst. I ordered a smoothie and it was disgusting. They added extra ingredients that were not on the online menu. When I asked them about it they were rude and would not take it back, refund it or remake it. I would like to file a formal complaint. I came in the morning to get breakfast for my family. I was not able to pay for everything on one card so I asked to do a split payment or a separate charge and the person on the mic told me “no” and said I couldn’t, for 1 there was no car in the drive through so there was no reason to deny me. Because I wasn’t able to do a split payment. I wasn’t able to order all my food. I tried to reach out to Zach the “manager” and all he wanted to do was argue and go back and forth with me telling me I was wrong and disrespectfully asked “why are you even mad” . I was the gm of a fast food chain for over 2 years as I’m sorry but the customer is always right. He did not seem to care one bit about my problem just wanted to deflect. Very poor service. I’ve been a regular and enjoyed coming here but after today I don’t know if I will ever come back. I suggest hiring people who are problem solvers and not problem creators. You could have the best food around but with port customer service you will get nowhere.
For the price, I expected better quality. The southwest chicken rice bowl was mid and looked like repacked Dinty Moore stew. Pure slop.
