I was first exposed to Bison Witches in Tucson and was amazed by how inexpensive the food was and yet how much you got from it! They offer huge sandwiches, soup in bread boules, chips, tasty appetizers such as a trough of nachos and a well stocked bar. The bread is freshly baked, thick and soft. I wholeheartedly agree! I absolutely loved it! The food was fantastic, the beer selection was impressive, and the specials were great. It's truly a hidden gem!
