The food here was pretty decent, but the staff was incredible, especially our Mike server. We dived on Saturday with a party of 15 and no reservation (bad planning on our site). The restaurant was full, but they were gracious enough to accommodate us on the terrace. It was late enough that the heat wasn't terrible. Mike was super attentive, food was fast and delicious and we had a great time.
I had a GREAT experience here. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the food drinks all came out in time. The chips and salsa are some of the best I had... highly recommend the hot salsa!! I have the steak-fajitas, the portions were plentiful and the meat was very well cooked. I would recommend Aunt Chiladas Tempe to anyone looking for an authentic Mexican restaurant.
I came for my birthday dinner, so tons of needy girls and I still can't believe that the amazing service we were given by Mike!! The food that each of us got was amazing that you can literally not go wrong with the drinks. I'll be sure I'll call Mike every time I come back because he did the whole experience of my first time at Aunt Chilada something I remember. If you ever think about trying this place JUST GO!! You won't regret it!
The Steak-Tampiquena is a must try!! The rice and the beans were fresh and delicious. The guacamole was fresh and the perfect size of shredding and the chips were made fresh! The service was great and everyone was very nice. The restaurant had a nice relaxed atmosphere and we will be back soon for a date night!
This restaurant has a lovely atmosphere! The outdoor seating is spacious and adorned with string lights and heating lamps. However, my husband ordered the Steak Burrito and mentioned it had an unpleasant odor.
