Arby's - Tempe

I am writing my first ever review and unfortunately, it was not a good experience. I ordered a turkey bacon ranch sandwich, but when I received it, it had a different sauce and Swiss cheese instead of cheddar. When I mentioned this to the staff, they checked with the cook who insisted that the sandwich was made correctly. They did not offer to fix the mistake or make it right.

The food met expectations with generous portions and a friendly staff. The restaurant was clean and well-kept.

We tend to overlook Arby's, but we decided to give it a try recently. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety on the menu- there was something for everyone. However, the only thing we enjoyed from our meal was the buffalo slider. Everything else was average or below average. Despite this, I would choose to eat at Arby's over other fast food options.

Cool dining experience, can be intimate if the mood is right ? the booths and the lighting is cool, food is straight. Not a bad experience.

I never write reviews but I think it's necessary to advise anyone who ever considers going here to not. Waited at end of drive thru for 30 min with no food. Food was brought out and half the order was missing. When told to the worker, he didn't believe me. A waste of time and money. Also, they didn't even get a single item of the order correct. Probably the worst fast food place I've ever been to.
