5 Star Dive Grill - Tempe

I was inclined to give this restaurant 5 stars because of their excellent happy hour drink prices, cleanliness, and great service. However, it was uncomfortably hot inside and we were informed that the owner's decision was to keep the air conditioning off. Sweat was dripping down my face and my companion resorted to singing to cool off. After trying to endure the heat, we ultimately decided to leave and find another place to eat. We will only consider returning in the winter when it is cooler inside.

For the first time since the new management took over, Cassidy was absolutely amazing for us. Then we were seated and had a great conversation with Jackie. We can't wait to go back!

The atmosphere in this restaurant was extremely noisy, almost like a chaotic scene. The tables were awkwardly packed together, making it difficult for patrons to watch the game without obstruction. TVs were mounted on every wall, making it confusing to figure out which channel was showing which game. Despite this, everyone was in good spirits and friendly. This place is definitely a must-visit for hardcore sports fans, but may be overwhelming for those who are not as into sports.

Update: this place was formerly our favorite place, asking every barkeeper about meelob ultra and red bulle, they will know us through our drink, but lately we were chased out by aggressive, loud Spanish music. that is not our kind of music and it is song after song, not a bueno. we will find a new place. hasta luego. seriously my favorite place to go. great eating and the staff is great.

We went to this place on Friday night they had three bartenders and three waitresses our waitress walked by our drink sitting on the bar five times. We got up and left this is not the first time that we've had bad service here. Went there in the daytime service was good night time was not good. I would definitely avoid this place at night.
