We arrived hungry and eager to eat and drink after a long day at a nearby soccer tournament. We chose to try this place instead of the usual Buffalo Wild Wings, and we instantly regretted it! Upon entering, the sign instructed us to seat ourselves, so we did. However, we were ignored for the entire 20 minutes we were there. One of the waitresses cleaned a table right in front of us without acknowledging our presence, but then a regular customer walked in and was warmly greeted by her. At that point, we decided to leave and take our business elsewhere... Buffalo Wild Wings, which may be understaffed, still manages to provide excellent service. Overall, this place was a huge disappointment—terrible service and dirty. Don’t waste your time here; just go to Buffalo Wild Wings across the shopping center... or even better, Circle K might be a better choice!

I requested a... read more I was initially very impressed with the location and atmosphere of the restaurant. However, my experience took a downturn when I ordered my drink. I requested a Snakebite, but what was served to my table was not what I ordered. When I questioned the presentation of the drink, the management explained that it was due to the Guinness not being on tap, which prevents it from being separated by nitrous. After trying the drink, I combined the remaining Guinness and cider to make my own Snakebite, just as I had asked for at the bar. I believe it’s important for people to do their jobs well so that I can continue to enjoy dining out and support small businesses in my community.

However, after dropping off all of the food but one plate, she informed us the restaurant didn’t have an item on the menu and then asked us if we wanted something else… Well….since everyone was just served their meal, even if there was an alternative, I would have been eating by myself while everyone else in the party would be done. Who serves everyone else food and then looks at someone at the table and says, sorry, my cook just informed me we don’t have your meal? Would you like some fries to hold you over? This restaurant is lame. Sad restaurant, sad communication, and sadly another restaurant that has menu items they don't serve. Can't rate the food, since I never received it. The only thing good about this place was Tiffany. Good luck!

The patrons seemed to know each other well and were enjoying each other’s company, with locals frequently coming and going. The atmosphere was relaxed, and children were playing on the outdoor patio. My husband enjoyed the drinks. It could have used a bit of music to liven things up, but it appeared to suit everyone who was there. I was surprised to notice that most of the customers had left the main room by the time we walked back from the patio. If you're looking for a tasty drink and a chat with a friend, along with a bite to eat, this might be a good spot to check out.
