The food selection is a bit limited, but dishes are delicious. Besides getting served barely warm sides and receiving someone else's bill at the end the experience was great.

We had dishes ranging from filet to gnocchi. Did not disappoint. The wine list is impressive.

First, we enjoyed breakfast there on... read more During our three nights stay at South Coast winery resort and spa, we ate at the Vineyard Rose restaurant on two occasions. First, we enjoyed breakfast there on a Friday morning. We were quickly sat, as there was no wait and few other guests at thattime. We both ordered the same thing caramel cold brew and Florentine omelet with avocado. Everything was amazing and theservice was spectacular. The second time we ate at the Vineyard Rose restaurant was for dinner on a Saturday night. This timearound, 98° was performing in the courtyard event area so there was a bit of a crowd and we had to wait about 45 minutes for atable. We grabbed a drink from the bar while we waited for our table for dinner. For dinner we each ordered a blue cheese wedgesalad. We were also served deliciously warm bread before our salads arrived. For our entrées I went with the linguine pastathat had grilled chicken in it and plenty of fresh veggies. My friend ordered the filet mignon for herself. Both entrées weredelicious. I also ordered a specialty gimlet and she ordered a couple glasses of wine. We were really impressed with how amazingeverything tasted and look forward to returning again soon.

VERY attentive service from Mark, and very considerate on sharing meals since portions are large for seniors. Quick to refill water and my ArnoldPalmer! A bit pricey. Nice to find Halloumi cheese, but when tried or wasn't really hot. Great bread and oil/balsamic.
