Starbucks - Feedback

What SolidGold2 likes about Starbucks:
If you do mobile, just go through the drive-through to pick it up. But if you go inside to pick it up, be prepared to wait, put my mobile order in 15 min before i arrive, and still take an extra 10 min before getting my drink. But it was made right, and the staff was courteous. I will be back View all feedback. What steph thompson doesn't like about Starbucks:
I was at the drive thru and ordered my matcha drink and at the window the lady told me I couldn’t use the half off coupon because I needed to tell her beforehand. I’ve been to many Starbucks and haven’t heard of this. She then handed me my drink which wasn’t even full. If I’m going to be spending 6 dollars for a drink and was denied my coupon I would hope the drink would be full. View all feedback.
