The beef ribs were charred, juicy, and packed with flavor. The boneless chicken dinner had large chunks of all white meat chicken. The sauce was sweet, tangy, and slightly spicy. The sides, including cole slaw, potato salad, corn bread, beans, and baked potato, were all delicious. This is definitely one of, if not my favorite BBQ spots!

Well, update, it was so worth it. My boyfriend and I went 8pm on a Saturday, and it was ten minutes max before we gotour food! (Pulled pork sandwich boneless ribs) Here's the best part, while we were waiting, I asked what Rescue some of themoney was going to, we'll instead of just answering my question, Nick was able to give the owners story. The wine I included, asangria made from that wine and (possibly other others items) have a 100% profit to the rescue. Nick showed me this Beautifulbook by the front door filled with horses that have been helped. Apparently the wine is made right here in Escondido on thehorse ranch and is bottled in Fallbrook!!! It was the first time I in a very long time I had any engagement from the staffwhile waiting from my take out. Also the food was MELT in your mouth!
