Krispy Krunchy Chicken - Temecula

This restaurant is consistently closed, which I consider a blessing. It's a health hazard, to say the least. The staff exhibits a snobbish attitude, and the lack of hygiene is alarming—none of them were seen wearing gloves or proper hair nets. The manager, who really should humble herself (after all, she works at a gas station), has been seen handling food with her bare hands. It's mind-boggling; I recommend checking the health inspector's report on this place. It's absolutely disgusting. This establishment has really gone downhill. If you enjoy risking food poisoning and being treated poorly by the manager, Heffany, then by all means, keep coming here.

This place is inside the gas station but it's a separate kitchen. amazing chicken 5 stars. I would have this over raising cane's or Chick-fil-A anyday. The ranch is garbage.

They ran out of food, someone in front of me ordered an 8 peice meal and that wiped them out. Never had a chance to order, unless I wanted to wait 1/2 hour. They struggle to fill a single order

Came in tonight around 8:10pm as we got there there was a line. A few costumers in front of us. A couple and one man behind them. We waited about 5 minutes before anyone said something the man and couple told the lady behind the counter (no one would give her name) the man by himself said you have company the lady behind the counter instantly started cussing and told the couple you can get the f out you see I 'm f ing doing something go get out just go . Whole time we waited she did not ask us to hold. No one was rude to this lady she then said she was going to close everything but it wasn 't closing yet so my partner and I waited to see if she would assist us she looked me through the door (side door though the window to get to back) and screamed whaaaatttttttt!!!! she then started cussing her co worker vinnie out as he tries to assist us vinnie was very nice and helpful. But the lady did not allow vinnie to help he said I 'm sorry guys she said it 's closed I will be sending all the information I have to cooperate. Her customer service was very inappropriate and I myself work costumer service. Cussing out your customers and telling them to go home if very disrespectful. Vinnie did not deserve the treatment that she gave him as well. I completely lost my appetite! I understand we have bad days but maybe she should of called off tonight. Please check the cameras you will see everyone leave the line! This was a horrible experience. The Krispy Krunchy chicken in LA (the hood) have better customer service! Also please have employees wash hands before working with food! I was told there was no manager there and one will be in tomorrow 9.13.2021 I will follow up then. Thank you Vinnie you were great! Your co worker is horrible and you deserve better treatment if you 're working with a co worker for hrs!

Chicken strips and biscuit for 5 dollars is a steal and probably best strips I've ever had too.
