A great comfort... read more The dry chicken wings are always a must. They are so tasty. We actually purchased the rub to make our own at home. The short ribs are so tender. A great comfort food. The mashed potatoes are some of the best we have had, very creamy. This place is always on our list of places to eat when we visit Temecula.

They shouldn’t let you make reservations if everybody is going to rush you to get out of there. The food was not good at all. My scallops seemed watery and rubbery, and we served on a giant plate with five or six scallops, and that’s it. The rest of the plate was blank. My sister also did not enjoy her entrée which was the airline chicken. The drinks were OK and I ordered the chocolate olive oil cake for my birthday dessert and it was just way too dense and dry. The ambience is beautiful. I’m glad I got the opportunity to go there, but we won’t go back. We told our server that we didn’t like the food and she could clearly tell we didn’t eat it but just said sorry but nothing was comped or anything.

Not a deal killer and we’ll be back. The Angus burger was very good but the cross cut fries were temperate and tasted like they’d been around for awhile. We ended up our dining experience by sharing the olive oil chocolate cake with sweet potato gelato a culinary piece of art both in presentation taste! The two chefs who dined with me this evening both said Cork Fire’s atmosphere was comfortable and inviting, I couldn’t agree more, bon appetite’ Scott Fleming

Today my husband and I went... read more Long story short, this place is fabulous! I have been here four times now and each time the food and service have not disappointed. Today my husband and I went for brunch to celebrate our anniversary, which I mentioned ahead of time while makingthe reservation. Upon seating us we were wished a happy anniversary and after we paid they sent out the most delicious brownie,it was so nice! Their menu does change from time to time but rest assured Chef Matt ALWAYS delivers. Today we had the beats andberries salad, the barbacoa benedict, the mushroom benedict and the lox and bagel. I highly recommend any of those options!
