Additionally, wh... read more The food was generally good, but the chips were not warm, and the fries tasted a bit stale. Everything else was cooked properly and served hot. Additionally, when we went to pay the bill, the payment machine had a strange sticky residue on it (see picture). We arrived around 3 PM, so the restaurant wasn't busy, and we expected it to be clean after the lunch rush and well before dinner time.

When I c... read more My cup of chili was overly greasy. I attempted to soak up some of the grease with a napkin, but it still looked unappetizing, and I couldn't finish it. When I called to share my concerns, I ended up on hold for a while. After hanging up, I decided to call back, and they offered to either remake my order or issue a refund. I opted for the refund. I won't be returning to that Chili's!

The box for games or payments on our table was also quite dirty. On a positive note, the food was enjoyable, particularly the crispy chicken fries. I ordered the trio, along with a soda and a chili chicken sandwich, but the waitress didn’t mention there was an additional $1 charge for the chili instead of the soup. I would have opted for the soup since the chili was just average. Furthermore, the cocktails were mostly ice with very little liquor.

I phoned in a take out order and was put on hold for 15 minutes. My thought was to eat in since I was 5 mins away from arriving to pick it up but only to learn they only do take out on that day. So, I went with my original plan, I placed my order to go. The place wasn't too busy. My food arrived in a timely manner. I got home and opened my dinner and saw there was no chicken on my grilled chicken salad. I was so upset! My cup of chili was so greasy, I soaked some of the grease with a napkin but still greasy. I couldn't eat it. I called to complain and again was placed on hold for a while. I hung up and called back. They offered to start over or a refund. Give me a refund I stated. I won't ever visit that Chili's again!
