Although we had never tried Carol's before, we decided to give it a go, and we were pleasantly surprised by our experience. There was no wait, which might raise some eyebrows, but it was a refreshing change from the usual chaos. The restaurant has a charming medieval vibe instead of being overly trendy. The hostess and our server were both incredibly sweet and attentive. Our food was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. We also enjoyed some live music and appreciated the comfortable outdoor patio seating. I would highly recommend it to locals who haven't had the chance to visit yet.

I had never been to Carol’s before, but we decided to give it a shot, and we were so pleased we did. There was no wait, which sometimes can be a red flag, but it was such a relief to escape the usual chaos. The atmosphere isn’t overly trendy; it has a charming, medieval vibe. The hostess and server were both incredibly sweet and attentive. Our meal was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. We also enjoyed some live music while sitting comfortably on the outdoor patio. I would highly recommend Carol’s to locals who haven’t had the chance to stop by yet.

Secondly, we experienced the worst service imaginable during my husband’s 40th birthday celebration. One would expect a restaurant to be accommodating for a large group with a reservation, but unfortunately, that was not our experience. The waitress didn’t refill our drinks, which was surprising, especially as we would have tipped her more for better service. When we asked to split the check six ways, she was rather rude about it. I suggest you try Thorton's across the street instead.

Initially, I was disappointed with my meal, but they kindly replaced it, and it turned out to be wonderful. Their cheesecake and coffee are absolutely fantastic!
