I ordered two burgers, two regular fries, a fountain drink, a root beer float, and a milkshake. The fries were served in 8-ounce paper cups, and they were unseasoned, dry, and served at room temperature. The burgers were a letdown too; the patties were cooked too flat and overdone, resulting in a dry texture with all the fat and juice squeezed out. Miraculously, the double patty burger actually weighed less than a single one, which was baffling. When it came to my root beer float, there was no root beer in it. I asked for a substitute, thinking they would create the float with a different soda, but instead, they just gave me an additional soda. So now I had two sodas for one meal, which left me puzzled; it seemed like they might have been out of ice cream too. The overall lack of flavor in the dry, room temperature burgers made it difficult to finish my meal, and I ultimately had to accept defeat. On the bright side, at least the tomatoes and lettuce were fresh. Overall, I wouldn't consider this place a decent burger spot. They advertise using all-American grass-fed beef, so you would expect a juicy meat patty, but instead, they have taken classic American comfort food and made it overly healthy, sacrificing flavor and customer satisfaction in the process. Healthy food doesn’t have to taste like cardboard. This place fell short of expectations, with overpriced, tasteless food. I would have had a better dining experience at McDonald's. This was my first and last visit.

This review is based on one menu item: the vegan burger with a gluten-free bun, which is absolutely delicious. The fries also tasted fresh, or at least appeared to be freshly cut. It's a fast-food establishment, so I didn't have high expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised. This has become our go-to burger spot in Temecula, primarily because it’s one of the few places I found that offers both plant-based burger patties and gluten-free bun options. We have serious dietary allergies, so this is crucial for us. Not everyone may have the same experience, as allergy triggers vary, but my wife, who has celiac disease, has never had any issues with their gluten-free buns, plant-based burgers, or fries. The staff is friendly and helpful, with a great sense of humor. The dining area is modern and clean, and the bathrooms are decent as well. We’ve also ordered the same items for takeout, and the quality and quantity have been consistently excellent.

I usually enjoy dining at Burger Lounge, but this visit was disappointing. They charged me for sauces I didn't request, and the fries had a strange fishy taste. When I spoke to the manager about it, she mentioned that they were planning to change the oil that night, which was quite off-putting. I did receive a refund for the sauces and fries, but it was still disappointing to have that experience.

This was my first visit to Burger Lounge. My girlfriend ordered a burger wrapped in lettuce, while I tried the grilled cod burger with a side of onion rings. She enjoyed white wine from a can, and I had a bottled Coke. We dined on the patio, which featured a covered area with misting fans. The food was tasty, and I’m sure my husband will appreciate the Keto and fish options. Next time, I plan to try a grass-fed hamburger. The onion rings were delicious. Prices were a bit on the high side, but our service was outstanding.

The burger was mediocre at best. It was overcooked and burnt to the extent that the cheese had completely melted off. It lacked both onion and tomato, featuring a thin patty with an oversized bun and very little Thousand Island sauce, leaving the dominant flavor as dry bread. Honestly, McDonald’s drive-thru burgers are better and cost half as much.
