What Matea Marušić doesn't like about American Classics:
Nothing special here, however they need more help. The order taker was very friendly, however once my order was ready, it sat on the counter for five minutes. The order taker was alone, and wasn't able to check on my order because of all of the people in line. View all feedback.
Two days ago was our first visit to this excellent restaurant, but it certainly won't be our last. We had a fantastic time enjoying the great service, extraordinary food and wine, and reasonable prices. We will definitely be returning soon.
The restaurant was closed for a thorough cleaning, which made me feel disappointed. I would have liked to leave a bigger tip, but perhaps I will return to do so in the future. I also requested a special modification to my dish, asking for no sour cream and mustard on the side, and to have it grilled instead. The dish turned out amazing and was prepared perfectly. I may have discovered a new favorite menu item - it was a delightful surprise!
The restaurant was closed for a thorough cleaning, so I was disappointed. I would have tipped more if it was open, but I might come back and do so. I also asked for a special request to not add sour cream and mustard to my burger and to cook it on the grill. It turned out perfectly. I think I discovered a secret menu item, teehee...lol.
Employees are careless, food tastes terrible and the manager does not care.
On 12/27/19 at 9:09pm transactions #13189 The female in charge is very rude. After I placed the order I asked Veronica to cut the burger in half (I like the meat well done), but they forgot to do it. When my order #82 was ready, I asked one more time to cut the burger in half, and the female in charge refused to do it because the tray with burger and fries passed some kind of limit and it would contaminate the kitchen. It wasn’t even handed to me yet. That’s ridiculous! Can some one let her know that the customer is number #1? And please, make sure she doesn’t yells when she calls the order number. I was there and she screams like crazy.
