I ordered the 1909 Burger with a side salad dressed in lemon vinaigrette, which was excellent! I requested my burger cooked medium, and it was prepared as I asked. However, there was no char on the patty; it looked more boiled than grilled. Despite that, it did have a nice smoky flavor. Perhaps the grill wasn’t hot enough to achieve a proper sear while cooking the inside to medium? Overall, the burger was tasty because of its smoky flavor, but it would have been outstanding with some char.
