As well as a kebab, I also ordered a kebab box for my daughter and asked for the fries (which are included in a kebab box) to be put in a separate box/bowl so they wouldn't get soggy. The immediate answer I got was no, we can't do that, and I had to buy extra fries. I didn't get a plausible answer, just that it's true
