We called them on very short notice to cater an event at our showroom. The food was amazing as always and everyone loved the food! We will be using them again in the future. View all feedback.
What Chris Czop doesn't like about Comfort At The Corner:
Breakfast. I was hopeful when I saw the menu. Ordered one of the November specials, French toast with roasted pecans, and a make bacon reduction on brioche. The description was enticing, that's where it ends. The toast itself was barely dipped in a generic batter, then the maplwe bacon reduction/ jam. First they don't tell you it was full of onions. It overpowered the bacon and that's all I tasted. The bacon they use in the the reduction is very salty, (I ordered a side of it also), and made it extremely salty. So onion flavored salty syrup on French toast. I also got a side of bacon. I get it that it is usually precooked, but not to a crispy, charred, burnt finish. I ended scraping off the topping and pouring regular syrup in it. Service was ok.
A friend and I ate here for the 2nd time today. We were NOT disappointed! So far we've eaten burgers and sandwiches off of the lunch menu. I can't wait to come back for breakfast!
Nice little breakfast spot in Telford!! I’ve been here twice and enjoyed both experiences. Lost a of menu and special options. Service is good as well. I would say the only downside and that’s dependent on each individual is that the portion sizes are huge. I was not able to finish my food either time I was there and because it’s breakfast food it’s not generally great as leftovers. I hate wasting food so I try to order the smallest plates I can now. It’s just too much to finish for breakfast or brunch.
Quaint little place with good food. Highly recommend.
