The Old Saltery Pub - Telegraph Cove

The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding! For those complaining about the prices, keep in mind that this is a tourist area. If you're concerned about costs, consider heading to Port Hardy or Port McNeill. I ordered the fish and chips while my wife had the seafood chowder, and both dishes were delightful. The Longwood stout and lager were also fantastic. Prisca and Eddy provided exceptional service! I would definitely recommend this place!

I enjoyed a freshly ground beef burger while she had a grilled salmon burger, and both were excellent. My side was a creamy seafood chowder packed with fish, which was very good, just like the service. We even spotted killer whales from the dock!

Views and location are fantastic. The whole ambiance of Telegraph Cove and the location of this, as well as the other businesses and accommodations, are stunning. The deck is very nice overlooking the harbour and marina. Interior is warm and inviting. Food and service were good. Nothing super high-end or wonderful. Solid place to enjoy a meal and a drink.

Had a fantastic time at Old Saltery Pub! Michelle, our server, was amazing—super attentive, friendly, and always there when we needed something. She’s a very wonderful addition. The food was delicious! We had wings, calamari, mussels, and the Greek platter. Wings were flawless. Plus, they have a great local beers. Definitely recommend! Price per person: $30–40
