Disappointing. Expensive food for a mediocre quality. Judiones and Callos were not tasty at all, and the fish was taffy. We didn’t wait for desserts and we decided to pay (1.50€ bread each one without notice us before, uau! . We don’t come back to that place.
The food was nice but nothing special, had the menu fin de semana, the two starters were nice and my wife’s was a good portion, I had the brocheta and it was this and some sweet potato, chopped like carrots. Very small portion.

The good centrally located, nice ambience. The bad nearly everything else. We arrived at 1:25pm for a 1:30pm reservation. We told them we had a reservation and they looked at us like they had no idea they even had reservations. We were told the kitchen didn't open until 1:30pm. By this time it was 1:28pm.. we asked if we could sit and order a drink perhaps? They sat us at our table and it took no exaggeration 17 minutes for them to come take our drink order. Still no menu. My husband's napkin was wet, mine was damp. I think they were wet from the laundry. Still not ok. Our cutlery was mismatched. He didn't have a knife and fork, just a spoon. He had to ask for cutlery. We had to ask TWICE for menus to order our lunch. The set menu was average at best. The steak was like eating old boots, and I had mine medium rare, he had his blue. They were also pretty cheap cuts of meat his was 30% fat and gristle. No one came to see how our food was, or ask if we wanted another drink. We ended up agreeing we'd rather get the hell out than eat the dessert included in our set menu. Our bill arrived and we'd been charged for our beers that were supposedly part of the set menu. The staff weren't rude or anything like that... they just have no idea what they're doing. It has such potential to be really great... but it just really isn't. There was no soap in the bathroom. During a pandemic where hand washing with soap is essential. I'd go elsewhere.

We just left the airport, looking for a place with a good rating to eat... it seemed that being in an industrial estate it would be the typical industrial estate bar, but nothing was further away... we were first attracted by its rating... upon entering, the restaurant is VERY nice and cozy.. the person who served us, Javi I think, VERY kind, attentive and honest in answering our questions.. the food, I think it is the best octopus I have ever tasted.. really, it was VERY good.. the salad of belly, VERY delicious... and all in VERY good quantity. And finally, the price. We paid €48 for a meal for two. Given the taste, quality and experience at the place, it was VERY worth it. THANK YOU! The place is great and the staff is very nice but if you go on the weekend the orders take a long time, I understand that it will be due to lack of staff in the kitchen or waiters. The food is delicious but scarce and I find the bill a little high. It may have been a mistake because they charged me €50 for a chop. The total bill is €248 (approx) for 6 adults and two children. Restaurant Entreplato direction: Parque Empresarial, Calle Simón Bolívar, 26, 35214 Playa de Melenara, Las Palmas General Review The restaurant is really nice with delicious food, you can choose between meet and fish but their especiallity is meet so I recommend it that. They are a little bit slow with the food but it has a high quality and it is not much expensive and another fact is that you can watch padel from the terrace. FOOD Like I said before I recommend meet because is their especiallity, the hamburgers are twice big as the Mcdonalds Big Mac and you can choose the way the hamburger is made for example you can choose that the hamburger has bacon, any type of sauce etc. Then is the steak that is really big and you can also choose if it is very cooked or not. STABLISHMENT The stablishment of the restaurant is really beautiful and very clean, the toilets are clean, then the tables are white and black. STAFF The staff is nice and the waiters that work there are really agradable and fun they make you laugh before the food come to give some entretaiment. UBICATION This is the worst part of the restaurant, the ubication because is difficult to found it in the map but if you go along correct to the direction there is no problema.

A pity that the end would worsen the big night, with a quality meal and at a garlic price, simply because the patterns had not thus informed employees of the possibility to pay with the payment of fork. And it's just that after paying, they still made us feel like scammers, have to wait for a manager to come, because they didn't trust that we had paid, and they wanted to make us pay again. They did that to us, that we had to tell them that they had been wrong to realize them because they were missing to include the coffees, and that they had given us more change of the 10eus that we had given them to leave them a tip, which obviously ended up losing.
