YUM!!! It was difficult not to eat here every day! The pastries, breakfast and lunch were all perfect, fresh ingredients and perfect portions! It is a popular place so take a table when you are open or just take your goodies to go. There is a happy, positive energy there, even during waiting in the line. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Bakery:
Way too noisy for me. Great place with good food and nice service BUT the road is terribly noisy that it becomes a nightmare to stay on the patio. Maybe the inside is more silent, but why staying in an air conditioned space when you can stay outside? View all feedback.

Come back and over to taste the whole menu. Family visit: Eclair for my daughter. It's amazing. My wife and I tried (I don't remember the name, but was friendly a sandwich, but rather high in the sky) a sandwich.. delicious bread, delicious cheese, tomatoes, sat with an egg made for perfection... with a delicious salad... o gosh!!!! Must try... it must try... price perfectly balanced. Ambient, probably the best we saw in Santa Teresa. Very quiet, relaxing music... GREAT SERVICE.
All the good and drinks we ordered were great. Nice place with beautiful outdoor seating and powerful AC interior! All baked goods in the shop window looked fresh. The salad selection looked amazing, but chose a panini instead. It didn't disappoint! If we had more time, a return customer would be safe.
I'm coming back to Santa Teresa, just for The Bakery. I am from NYC, but now live in CR, and find it very difficult to find consistently good food at a reasonable price. This place is amazing and I wish they could dream one in Tamarindo from the triple chocolate chip cookies and passion fruit cheese cake until the next time
We were in Santa Teresa for 4 days and ate breakfast here daily. Not exaggerating when I say this rivals the patisseries in France. Soooo unexpected in a small town in Costa Rica. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The bagel sandwich, breakfast burrito, and avocado toast were delicious, as were the chocolate almond croissant, chocolate cronut, triple chocolate cookie, and the açaí bowl. Coffee was also excellent.
