Staff were pleasant and helpful but the food let them down.Might go back next year if the menus has changed.

First waitress friendly and polite, although we did have to attract attention when we wanted to order because all the staff were chatting and not paying attention to customers. Second waitress who brought our food over, literally rolled her eyes when I asked for a coffee. When she brought the coffee over, she just slapped it in the far side of the table where I couldn’t reach it so my friend had to pass it over to me. At the time we found it funny, but it’s pretty shocking service. Would I go back? Maybe, but not in a hurry…food was ok though…and the view is great!

We had to get up and flag someone down to serve... read more Five employees were standing around, drinking coffee and ignoring all of the tables even though it was not busy. We had to get up and flag someone down to serve us. They never checked on us or asked if we needed anything. The food was overpriced for the quality, which was comparable to Wetherspoons. I would not recommend spending your money here for such poor service. All of the staff need to improve their customer service skills.
