Friendly staff nice and cool atmosphere clean tables ordered Beef stroganoff and chicken with ginger skilled. One with chips and one with Garlic bread.so we could share . .took a while to come. But had no problem waiting as it was being cooked fresh and hot...food was lovely very tasty and just enough to make you full but not busting will be back again as we live in Newton Abbot .

We had a superb meal prawn and chorizo pasta. Good selection of beers and lagers and a really friendly landlord. The pub had a good atmosphere. The staff were friendly and coped well with a pre-Christmas rush. Coupled with an interesting choice of craft beers, as well as a few standard choices, definitely the best choice in Newton Abbot.
