The Harbour Fish Bar, established in 1989, is a long-standing traditional fish and chip takeaway in the heart of Teignmouth. Located in the town's vibrant Arts Quarter, just a 30-second walk from the bustling River Beach, we offer a classic British seaside experience. Open daily (except Sundays), we serve freshly prepared traditional fish and chips, along with a variety of other delicious takeaway treats.

This restaurant in Teignmouth is the best, we always bring our guests here because it never fails to impress.
The restaurant was overpriced for a serving of crispy batter and dry cod. While the batter made the dish appear appetizing, the lack of fish was disappointing. The restaurant did remove the cost of a cup of tea from the bill, but then added a service charge, which seemed excessive for a simple fish and chip shop. I do not plan on returning.
Great fish and chips, reasonably priced. We had the large cod which was freshly cooked, chips, saveloy and pickled onion. Staff really nice, and chatting to all their customers
The staff is friendly and the fish and chips are delicious.
We had 2 large cod (we thought more medium than large), mushy peas and 1 large chips. The chips were more a small to medium portion compared to other chip shops. The chips were ok, the fish was tasty, the batter a tad greasy but the mushy peas were very hot and tasty. We didn’t think this was value for money especially compared to other fish chip shops in Teignmouth.
