Co... read more I found the cafe looked very tired. The service was slow. Most of the staff didn’t engage with customers and seemed more interested in talking to each other. Coffee and chocolate brownie were both good but I won’t be going back. My experience at the Exeter Coffee 1 is far superior.

I had to wait in line for a long time, only to be informed that there was no hot chocolate available. The staff was rude, and there were dirty dishes everywhere. People were getting frustrated, and it's about time something was done to improve the situation.
