The food is excellent, and I truly enjoy dining here. I've visited frequently, and the dishes are always well-prepared. However, the service leaves something to be desired. The staff can be a bit unfriendly, and I wouldn't consider myself a particularly demanding customer. On the bright side, the sushi kitchen is visible, and the chefs there are always welcoming. Despite the lackluster service, I still think the dining experience is worth it.
I had my first visit to Tehachapi and was fortunate to discover this restaurant. The food was fantastic! We loved the dumplings, tempura, and a variety of sushi rolls. It's definitely a place worth exploring!
First time here! The Sushi is delicious and very fresh. I tried the garlic albacore roll and the scallop roll, I enjoyed both rolls. We also got a combo dinner, I believe it was combo #3 the chicken and beef were very tasty and tender, the combo also had tempura. The salad with the soy vinaigrette was outstanding. What do they put in the soy vinaigrette? If anyone knows how to make it, let me know. Prices were very reasonable. The service is good and server was very knowledgeable of the menu. Re
This is by far my favorite sushi restaurant in Tehachapi. I tried all of them several times and Kasagiri blows the rest of them out of the water. I won’t even bother going anywhere else anymore. So far I have tried the lobster roll (expensive but my favorite! , dragon roll, rainbow roll, baked philly, killer philly, and spider roll and they were all amazing. I also really enjoyed the deep fried soft shell crab appetizer. The salad that comes with meals is really good and comes covered in crab! H
