I can't believe the lack of empathy I just experienced with the two women working today at the restaurant. One was younger and the other older. Love eating here. Prices have went up quite a bit but still a great sub.
This location has the best Sandwich artist in Windsor. I literally live on the other end of town and will drive to her Subway just for her!
Subs are great if you dont mind waiting for the employees to finish their smokes before making it
Please stop microwaving the steak at this restaurant. Other Subway locations use actual ovens, so I don't understand why it's so difficult for this particular location.
I am shocked by the lack of compassion I witnessed from the two employees working at the restaurant today. Both of them, one younger and one older, gave me a dirty look when I politely asked for a side of dressing for my salad. Despite offering to pay for it, they flatly refused. In light of everything happening in the world today, their behavior was unacceptable. I will not be returning to this restaurant and will be advising my coworkers who frequent this establishment to do the same. It is time for the restaurant to hire more courteous and compassionate staff.
