We visited in November and Ryan and friends made our group of 6 a wonderful dinner. Due to covid restrictions and the 25 percent capacity rule they are down to one table inside. Definitely call early to get a reservation. They happily accommodated a vegan too.

Unique handcrafted creations and amazing desserts! The town of Tecopa is small, not far off the highway but worlds away from anything else in the area. The owner also manages the Tecopa Hot Springs Resort and Campground, no trip is complete without anice hot soak! Highly recommended!

Chef Chris is the best! All my meals were fresh and well prepared, accombodating to my dietary restrictions, and he even taught me how to make eggs!

I live in Las Vegas....on the way back from Pahrump, I saw the Tecopa Road sign and decided to visit. I stopped at the Bistro restaurant and ate THE BEST HAMBURGER IN THE WORLD. Perez was the host, cook and server...really cool guy. Trust me...you 'llnever taste a burger like this...his cooking secret chars the outside and keeps the center perfectly tender.
