Steaks And Beer - Tecopa

My man and I visited this place on 01/10/2022. the waiter is drowned at our arrival. I didn't clean my table after we got in. he talked to an apparent 60-year-old white and suddenly his friend asked me why would you come to this restaurant? the waiter was nice to his white friend, nice to another group (white) that arrived at the same time. but not us. No, welcome. no food control. I wouldn't return this place.

Had company from Sweden and I wanted to take them to a classic American country style steakhouse for a great meal during our trip to the death valley. What a mistake! The bartender brought our meal then asked if there was anything else we needed. But after I told him the beer was a bit warmish he seemed offended and denied no my beer is not warm then left. The bartender was quick to remove our plates, but not one word, no beverage refills, nothing. He automatically gave me a to go container for my steak, no words again

We two ordered 5 course prefix, soup de jour, and tomato pasta. Food is good (though soup is too much cheesy). But that's where the cool part ends...My partner is in a wheelchair. I planned the death valley trip to try help her cheer up. It was not easy getting her wheelchair through the door. The waiter asked disrespectfully can you walk Not even a hand for help. We never get our salad, and we ordered them twice. when I asked the waiter to ensure salad was not on the check he realized it was actually billed. We spent 150 bucks here for the steak and locally brewed beers. Now I feel sad because instead of making my partner feel better it made it worse.

Went in on a Saturday afternoon, we were the only three people inside. Plates and bottles left from the last group were still on the table that we sat at. The waiter was rude, he never checked on us after the food was brought up. Also he never came back for refill. At the very end he finally showed up and dropped the check. Didn't clear our empty plates or offer dessert. Horrible waiter. I tried to call the manager, left a voice message but never heard back.

I have enjoyed excellent meals and service from Eric and his crew for almost 10 years. The five course meal for two is over-the-top. When I head to Steaks and Beer solo, I’m always excited to know, I have an instant replay for tomorrows dinner. ????
