Look at the size of the shrimps! The special came with a side of spinach and lemon potatoes. Absolutely delicious with excellent service. Our dinner group enjoyed our dinners and we were not rushed. Thank you. Vasilis!

What a GEM! Great, authentic Greek restaurant food! I grew up here in Jersey, but moved to the middle west 27 years ago. I drive here three times a year to visit my mother who told me about this charming place. After I grew up in a Greek-American household where my mother and Yiayia (Grandmother) cooked the best Greek food, I can testify that the food here is 100% authentic Greek! The dessert was also horrific. Don't miss this place!

I recently had an amazing experience in Vasilis Taverna. The new owners were very warm and welcoming to create a great environment with beautiful music. The salad was crunchy and kalamari cooked for perfection! Lamb hacks were excellent, very delicate with great taste. I recommend Vasilis and look forward to my next culinary experience here!

Best authentic Greek food in the area. Doesn't look any further. Uses fresh quality ingredients every time. Recently finding this local jewel has saved me traveling across the bridge in NY. And to get rid of it from the new owner is a great guy.

Just had a delicious meal at Vasili’s. Definitely one of the best Greek meals I’ve had in the area. Food tastes homemade and (cliche alert) like it was made with love. Huge portions and everything was great, especially the tzatziki, the chicken and pork souvlaki, and even the grilled vegetables (which were surprisingly delicious). Also really appreciated the complimentary hummus and bread/pita basket. Service was fast and our waitress Jenna was very nice! Will definitely be back!
