I ordered the “number 6” donuts for my daughter’s birthday, but there was a mix-up, and not enough blue ones were made as I had requested. The manager, Farheen, really went the extra mile to fix the problem. She even asked for a picture of my daughter and made custom donuts in just 15 minutes. That’s what I call exceptional customer service! Well done! We will definitely be returning.
