The manager, Farheen, went beyond and beyond to make sure. She asked me for a photo of my daughter and made custom donuts in 15 minutes. Now THAT customer service. Well done. We'll be back. I love this DD! They get my coffee right! However, they could work on the pace. If you are running late do not come here. The coffee is good, but the service is super slow! They focus on online orders and let the in store orders stack up. It gets verycrowded in here because of the slow pace. View all feedback.

The staff here was very friendly and accommodating and helped me find out what I wanted to arrange for my nutritional needs.
My experience in this special DD store was EXCELLENT!!!! I'm an over nite worker and ABSOLUTELY need MY COFFEE!!! These beauties are consistent that they make my cup every time. It is the closing shift at the TEANECK RD STORE. These ladies never miss. You know me and train all new people very well. My order is ready to go when I arrive. They are a blessing for the community working at the top. SALE LIEVE THERE!
