Feedback
The breakfast at the Waterfall was excellent and the food was really delicious.
To my surprise, this restaurant company is overcharging people on sales tax. My order on August 29, 2019 was $8.50 for hot food, but after tax I ended up paying $9.10. This includes a 7% VAT which I haven't seen at this amount since 2016. The small $0.04 difference is due to the 6.625% sales tax imposed in 2018. However, if many customers are also being overcharged on sales tax, this company could be making a significant profit from this practice. Overall, this cafe is excessively expensive. They charge $18 for a lunch meal (sandwich, chips, and canned soda). On top of that, they separately charged me for cheese, guacamole, tomato, and salad because it was on a different bread than the one listed on the menu. Additionally, they charge $0.50 per cup for their salad dressing which is served in small souffle cups.
