This was the worst KFC location I've ever encountered, and I'm honestly relieved they went out of business. The food was unappetizing, the layout was unappealing, and the management seemed completely ineffective.
The food had a dark brown color and was inedible. It caused us stomach pain! The chicken seemed like it had been sitting out for hours.
This KFC is severely understaffed. During the lunch rush at 12:15 PM, there was only one employee at the front, named Melissa. She is a charming and polite lady, but she's juggling multiple roles as the cashier, order picker, and manager while coordinating with just one person in the back who is cooking. It's quite disappointing.
Rude,no type of customer service, I ordered a famous potato bowl extra cheese, light gravy... they smothered my bowl in gravy and charged for extra cheese and gave a sprinkle.. and the place looked dusty I should of knew better never again
