The staff used inappropriate language in front of customers and displayed rude behavior, even tossing food instead of serving it properly. It seems like some of them lack a sense of pride in their work. Honestly, some of them shouldn't be in their positions. Additionally, the health and safety practices do not meet acceptable standards.
