Food is yummy! Fish bites and chips were nice and fresh also creamy mushroom pasta was amazing but I reccomend more salt and she'll be perfect! All very yummy otherwise. Thanm you! Also some background music would be awesome, would lighten the atmosphere abit : View all feedback.

recently back in Te Aroha for a visit and I would have to say the tiolet facilities at the Palace are the worst I have ever experienced. in the men's tiolets, purely disgusting with no one having cleaned, as the nights befores deposits were still in both bowls. actually could have been there for days. spoke with a local who said this sort of uncleanness was common. I had a good time with friends, but I don't like the atmosphere in there. The few times I've bn there the service was slack, the boss lady doesn't smile, I hear complaints about the rooms, the food wasn't nice so that's just me. I'm happy not to go there. But believe me there's plenty of people that love it. So go check it out
The staff is always friendly and welcoming, creating a fun atmosphere with great entertainment.
If you ever find yourself passing through, be sure to stop by and try their amazing pizzas. The lamb shanks were absolutely delicious, especially when paired with the creamy mushrooms. The bar staff is also fantastic.
