The guests ar... read more In this place you will find a modern interior design and beautiful Georgian cuisine. Staff are very friendly and speak Russian, English, Georgian. The guests are intelligent and very different. There are young and old people. The food was delicious. I strongly recommend this place.

The service was beautiful and the restaurant Ambiente is beneficial for a good culinary experience. Shkmeruli was aromatic, but something too salty. Phkali was excellent. Spices were found in every bite. The kachapuri was also excellent. We had a simple kachapuri.

It's unfortunate that the chicken does not come with any sides so I definitely recommend ordering mashed potato as a side. The starters did not impress me at all. Eggplant with walnuts was okayish and the pkhali assortment was just mediocre to my taste (the only kind I really liked was the pumpkin-based pkhali). They don't have house wine but the wine selection is pretty wide and nice (3/3 wines we had were very good) although expensive (the prices per bottle start at ~70 GEL). Overall prices are high for Georgia, they also specify the prices without VAT and the final bill adds 18% on top.
