I ordered the Mushroom Swiss Burger Combo, which came with curly fries and a Dr. Pepper. The staff member working at the drive-thru was very courteous. I had to wait about three minutes for some fresh curly fries, and the employee came to the window to inform me about the wait and kindly asked if it was okay. I assured him that I didn’t mind at all—I'd much rather wait a bit longer for fresh food than receive something that wasn’t. The Mushroom Swiss Burger was juicy and packed with flavor, paired perfectly with the crispy curly fries and a refreshing Dr. Pepper. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Thank you, Hardee’s!

I paid for my meal around noon on November 22 and waited for nearly 20 minutes, but I never received my order. I wasn't even acknowledged while I stood there. The level of service was exceptionally lacking.

The first time, I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich but was given a spicy western instead, which isn't even the same type of meat. I avoided Hardee's for a while because of my frustration. Today, I decided to give them another chance and ordered two burgers: a double western and a superstar, but ended up with two double westerns. How difficult is it to check an order for two burgers? On top of that, the staff was quite unfriendly. I won't be returning.
