I went through the drive-thru. I was greeted nicely. I ordered Hot Ham and Cheese, Onion Rings, drink. I had about a 7 minute drive to get home to eat my food. The sandwich was very fresh and tasty. Onion rings tasted almost homemade. A+! Will return! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Hardee's:
The dark head-manger on night shift was very rude I asked for ketchup I have everything but ketchup literary salt pepper BBQ honey mustard ranch buttermilk Ranch I think they were wise and know what customer service use to matter I had a bad experience in the past 5 times so that I no longer considered hardees as an option thanks for the answer, but I will get as a customer View all feedback.
Love this hardee at any time of the day!!! Special orders are usually 95 percent!! I really appreciate this part!! Thank you.
Employees where very nice and we're making an effort to keep things clean.
2 super star dou les, and they was the messiest burgers I've ever had. Both seemed to have triple mayo and ketchup really... your breakfast maybe good, but rest of it this time and previous times really sucks. No wonder McDonald's beside you stays so busy and backup.
Got my order wrong for the second time in a row. First time, ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and got a spicy western. Not even the same kind of meat. Stayed away from Hardee's for a bit because I was annoyed. Gave them another chance today. Ordered two burgers: A double western and a super star...got to double westerns. How hard is it to check the order for two burgers. Add to that, the lady was not very nice. Will not go there again.
