They messed up my order,... read more I had an utterly disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was absolutely awful, and the management seemed ineffective. They messed up my order, causing delays for the next customer, and the employees had the audacity to blame us for it. I have never encountered such rude staff at a fast-food establishment. I can confidently say that I will never return. The service was poor, the food was cold, and the overall atmosphere was uninviting for lunch or dinner. I genuinely believe they need to close down and bring in new owners and management.
